Cold

So it's currently 7 degrees outside (with windchill of 0). That's really, really cold. I, being from Hotlanta, obviously thought it couldn't really get any worse than that, but apparently I'm mistaken. Sadly, the low for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday is ZERO DEGREES (I don't want to think about windchill)! Ugh...12 more months until I'm in Europe where it's much, much warmer. Not to mention that it's Europe and thus is certainly not Terre Haute.

You think that's bad? It's -14 degrees F here right now, and the windchill is -27 F.

You think that's bad, keach? I'm talking 30F with a windchill of 20F. Balmy! [as opposed to "bloody cold out there"].

Interesting note though: we were supposed to get "inches" of snow yesterday morning - many people where i work decided to call it a vacation day just so they wouldn't have to deal with the wintry weather. we didn't even get any snow...ridiculous.

    Thirty degrees? That's hot!

Why are you going to be in Europe next February, Rodzik?

  4. Jason Rodzik [Member] says:

I would die if the windchill was -27. I'm going to Europe because I'm graduating early. Currently the plans are:

    Graduate
Quarter break (with a bunch of people)
2-4 weeks in Europe (barhopping with Bander?)
Spring break (with a bunch of people)
    Slack off until commencement

Currently it's warmer in Antarctica right now...20F is the high for today at McMurdo station. It's been warmer in Antarctica than here for a few weeks now. There is something very wrong with that.

Love the grad plan, Rodzik. You should see how many SNES RPGs you can beat with the slack off time. I think I went through 4.
